As a career non-profit leader in the YMCA I have dedicated myself to serving families and the community. I understand the importance and value of commitment to mission-based organizations, and take seriously the role of service and engagement in community to improve lives. These values are what have brought me to work on behalf of Building Healthier America.
I am also the father of an adult son managing autism and know first-hand the challenges faced by families like my own. It’s personal. Bringing my professional credentials together with the experiences our family has had in working with medical professionals, schools and our local social services will help create a structure I believe can benefit families today.
When not working on behalf of Building Healthier America, I enjoy training and competing in marathons and triathlons. Home is Hudson, Wisconsin…the ideal locale to enjoy training, cycling, skiing, and pretty much any outdoor activity.
